Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful views and the very comfortable accommodations. The staff, especially Mr. Manjeet and Kavita at reception, were incredibly helpful, making us feel welcomed. The food was fantastic, but I did notice some issues with the electrical outlets and hair dryers in the room that could use attention. Overall, my experience was very pleasant, and I would definitely return.
I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The service was exceptional thanks to staff members like Manoj Negi and Anurag, who guided us through an excellent menu. The location by the Ganges is stunning, making it a perfect getaway. However, I found the food quality to be inconsistent, especially when compared to the overall great experience at the property.
Our stay at this hotel was overall enjoyable with stunning views of the Ganges from our room and the balcony. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, although they're in need of some updates. Service was prompt and friendly, making meals a pleasant experience. However, the hotel is on the pricier side, but the location and views make it worthwhile for those who prioritize these aspects.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The views from my room were absolutely stunning, right on the banks of the Ganges, and that part truly made my stay special. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially during breakfast and dinner with issues in food variety and temperature. The service was hit or miss; while some staff were attentive, there were moments of confusion. All in all, the hotel has great potential, but there are areas that need significant improvement.
